I have been wanting to see Monticello for years!!! This is Thomas Jeffersons home which he was the architect for, and actually started the Jeffersonian Era of building. It really was just as amazing as I thought it would be. I went with Melissa Wade and Kate Nadeua.

I got Melissa Wade to go with me on an eating frenzy through D.C.
All summer I had been watching the Food Network Channel and Travel Channel, making notes on places to eat. So when I got the chance I took it at full speed! What a good way to sight-see cause you don't get grumpy cause your tired or hungry, cause you have been sitting down all day eating :)
