As many of you know, Cory and I moved to Carbondale, Illinois, for the next 3 years. Now, to be honest it's not as bad as I thought it would be. But let's face it...it's no Scottsdale. Many of the "folk" who live here are big hunters. My post on camo was no joke, I even have more pictures to add to that. Anyway, here is a window sticker that I thought was hilarious...as I have come to find out, it's very common! My absolute favorite though has been when I saw a sign for a "LOST GOAT"...man, how can you not love that?!

This kind of eating is exactly why all of America is fat. But, on the up side, I have discovered something called a Lemon Shake-Up...whooa, these are amazing. They take fresh lemons, sugar, water and ice...a little bit of magic, and a good SHAKE..and there you go, heaven at the fair! And don't be fooled it is way better than lemonade, dont ask me how its basically the same thing.

So we have been so lucky, to have had so many ultrasounds do to moving. We recently had some done at 26 weeks and then at 32 weeks. If you have never seen 4D pics before it may be hard to see, if you have... then you'll have no problem seeing her sweet little face.

Baby Evelyn's Blankie

This was the first babies blanket I made! It was for baby Evelyn.
This is a basic minkie satin edged blankie, and super easy to make if you have ever wanted to make a baby blanket. I used a walking foot to do the satin edge and I had basically no pulls which is hard to do...(despite what the picture looks like). I hope baby Evelyn likes it :)
